All original Ua bag will come with a box, dust bag and receipts. Unless the bag is to big they don’t come with boxes but will come with shopping bag.

All top quality bags will only come with dust bag. Unless you want a box you can message me and request it for an extra $9 

Please keep in mind that I don’t do any refunds and non of my products are authentic unless I specifically put as authentic.

What payment methods do you accept:

1 - Do you have half sizes?

No we don’t carry half sizes nor do we carry it in wide

2 - what is your shipping time?

1-3 weeks but after you place your order I ask for 48-72 hours to prepare your order for shipping. ( due to the virus going on it might take longer then usual). Tracking will be provided 3 days after ordering. If order on an weekend day you won’t get the tracking until the following working day (M-F) 

3 - can I drop ship to your customer?

Yes I can and no I will not include invoice in package. If you are interested in selling my items you are welcome to do so. Inbox me for more details on how to become a drop shipper.

4 - can I pay extra for faster shipping?

No there is no option for faster shipping

5 - what’s the process to place an order?

You can order from my site. If the product you are wanting is not on my site, messege me and I will place your order by message.

6 - what payment methods do you have?

I have cashapp, Venmo, messenger, square and PayPal - I prefer not to use PayPal because of their fee but if you pay the fees I can take PayPal (Only through friends and family )

7 - can you sell me your vendor information?

At this time I’m not selling it.

8 - can I become a sponsor?

Yes! Becoming a sponsor  will give you discounts in my items, but in order to become a sponsor you need to have made at least 7 purchases and if you have and you are interested message me I can give you more details.

9 - what shoe size do you have?

Depends on the shoes, our shoes usually run from 5-11women and 6-12 men 

10 - are we allowed to use your pictures to promote product and make a sale?

Yes you can use my pictures

11 - Do you still have this product available?

Any combo, shoe or sandal can be ordered

12 - Are we able to just purchase the shoes from a combo set?

Yes you can either purchase just the shoes or just the bag, you are not obligated to buy the combo

13 - Are these authentic?

Anything I have that is authentic will be stated in the post if it is not stated then they are either Originsl Ua or top quality replicas.

14 - Do the shoes come in boxes?

Yes

16 - What is your return policy?

All items are checked before shipping so I know nothing is damaged, if you purchase any purse there is no return or exchange on them but if you orders shoes, I will let you exchange for a bigger or smaller size if needed - but no refunds belts 7-10 day return policy must be like it was when received or will not exchange ❗️❗️

19- if you order shirts or shoes out of our normal size please be patient as we want to provide correct sizing, shipping can take 1-2 weeks as we have many orders coming in. 

Yes I do, I will create an invoice and depending on how much the product you want cost I will split it in 2 or 3 payments. Once you do your first payment I will not refund, due to having to purchase the product you are wanting. Items are not shipped out until invoice is paid off.

Most of our items are shipped from our China warehouse if I don’t have stock.
